A complimentary 20-minute discovery call to discuss your health goals, answer your questions, and determine if Annalisa's services are aligned with your needs.

Āyurveda Initial Consultation In-person Or Online

An initial consultation examines your current health condition and takes a thorough look at your health history to determine your constitution and assess any current imbalances. Annalisa will then make personalised recommendations based on her assesment.

In person appointments will take place at Mantra Spirit Studio in Fernie BC (591c 2nd Ave, Fernie BC, V0B 1M0). Online appointments are conducted through OutSmart EMR and you will be sent a video link upon booking.

Āyurveda Follow Up In-person Or Online

A follow up is booked after an initial appointment to track your progress with  your recommendations, make necessary adjustments, and ensure you are on the right path to whole body-mind wellness. Follow ups are typically advised after 1 month depending on individual need. Please only book this appointment if you have already completed your initial consultation.

Sound Bath- Individual & Private Group Sessions

Individual & private group sound bath sessions. Deep relaxation & nervous system reset.
