Sound Healing
The use of sound vibrations can have a profoundly healing effect on the body mind system. Sound healing originates from the ancient concept of nada yoga.

Nada Yoga नादयोग uses sound vibrations to awaken higher consciousness to unite mind, body, and spirit. Sound is both external and internal.
Nada means sound or flow and refers to union (union of the individual self with universal consciousness).
The modern concept of sound healing is not a definition for Nada Yoga as Nada Yoga is far more than that, however, sound healing is a part of it and absolutely a benefit of it.
The human body, along with everything else in the universe, has its own natural frequency. When this is disturbed, it creates disharmony within the body and mind. Specific vibrations can restore balance by recalibrating the body’s energy field.
Sound healing works by shifting brainwave states, activating the vagus nerve, and influencing cellular activity. This helps to reduce pain, inflammation, repair & regenerate cells, enhance cognitive function, reduce mental stress. It also promotes emotional wellbeing and psychological healing.
Many scientific studies are now proving the beneficial effects that certain sound vibrations have on the body and mind.
Annalisa offers individual and private group sound bath sessions in Fernie. She was taught one on one by a teacher in India of over 30 years experience in providing sound healing journeys to people. Sound healing sessions provide you with deep relaxation, and a nervous system reset.

"The future of healing is not just in pills and procedures, but in something deeper—something ancient, yet scientifically valid. Sound healing is a bridge between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our health.”
